Colin McClure, President
Originally from Maryland, but now a Coloradoan by marriage, Colin is a 1992 graduate of Randolph Macon College with degrees in Business and Economics. Colin has a wealth of experience as an owner and leader for start-up organizations in the real estate, advertising, and restaurant industries. He oversees financial planning, contracts, and administration for Impact Medical Staffing and embraces the challenge of trying to duplicate the phenomenal success enjoyed by Chesapeake. Katrina K. Siska, Manager of Scheduling Operations
Katrina is dedicated to the mission of IMS as Manager of Scheduling Operations. A native of Colorado, she brings a wealth of administrative healthcare knowledge from over 5 years in business management positions. Elizabeth Haymond, RN Clinical Director
Elizabeth moved from Oregon to Colorado in 1995. She graduated from nursing school in Bend, Oregon and has experience in a multitude of different clinical settings including ED, PACU, Urgent Care and ICU in the Denver area. Meagan Tilgner, Scheduling Coordinator
Originally from North Carolina, Meagan received her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Appalachian State University. She joined the IMS staff in January 2006 and is thrilled to be working in this exciting industry. She uses her excellent customer service skills from previous airline experience to meet our nurses and clients highest scheduling and service expectations. Alec Rosenfeld, Senior Accountant/Benefits Administrator
Alec is a native of Colorado. He has an MBA in Business Administration and Finance from LaSalle University. He joined Impact in November 2007 and brings a wealth of experience in accounting, payroll, benefits, and other HR related functions. He is very customer service oriented and can handle situations as they occur. He is a good communicator and listener. He hopes to expand his role at IMS as the company continues to grow and expand. Ben Razes, Recruiting Coordinator/Compliance Officer
Ben moved to Denver from Baltimore in 2006. He graduated with a degree in Communication Studies from Towson University that he has used in recruiting and human resources support roles. Christy Lodwick, RDirector of Business Development - Physician Services
Christy is originally from Ohio where her sons still attend The Ohio State University, but now lives in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. She served in the US Air Force at Lowry Air Force base in the early 90’s. She has a Masters degree in Health Care Administration and Policy and currently finishing her PhD in Fitness & Nutrition with an emphasis of Exercise Studies. In her role, she is in charge of Business Development and Clients relations for the newly created Physician Services Division for IMS. She is an Executive Healthcare Professional Delivering growth and turnaround strategies in the Health Care marketplace. She sits on many Healthcare Advisory panels and is a Gerson Lerhman Group Educator providing consultative services to their Wall Street Investment Firm Clients.
